If you have been using Termatrac Online via https://your-dns.termatraconline.com , you should be able to access Termatrac Customer Portal via https://your-dns.termatraconline.net after our support guys provision for you.
Remarks:
- In Termatrac Online, the typical login credential is like "admin" and the password. And you as the admin user can create other users. However, the only feature that a "Company User" misses is "Report Config".
- In Termatrac Customer Portal, the typical login credential is like "your-dns" and the password.
