Regardless of the models of smart devices, we are focused on iOS and Android. Generally we support the minimum vendor supported / maintained major version minus 2.
As of April 2026, the minimum supported iOS is v18, then we support down to v16; and the minimum supported Android regarding security is v14, then we support down to v12.
