We constantly test iTraker and its companion apps on many devices of Android phones and tablets, as well as iPhone and iPad to minimize the impact of incompatibility issues that may occur from time to time.

Android Versions

We constantly test and support Android versions that Google currently support, as listed on:

Remarks:

  • As of November 2024, we are aware that some models of Samsung Galaxy S24 and S22 may have connection problems with the Thermal Camera, and we are working on resolving such issues.

iOS Versions

We constantly test and support iOS versions that Apple Inc. currently support, as listed on:

iPhones

For the Thermal Camera module of iTraker, it is known that iPhone 14 or below that use lightning cable sometimes may report “Thermal Camera Not Connected” after frequently plugging and unplugging the cable. Other than this, iTraker and its app work well with iPhones and iOS currently supported by Apple, as listed on:


Remarks:

  • iPhone 15 and above works reliably with the Thermal Camera module of iTraker.
